What sweet Michigan summer memories!! If you grew up here or you have vacationed here…you know there is something so magical about Michigan summers! We endure the longggg winters and anticipate the warm golden sunsets and cool Lakes in our mitten state. It somehow makes it all worthwhile!

The Guinn Family and I have been together since their engagement session. I have absolutely LOVED documenting all of their favorite milestones and memories. This is a place they have frolicked to for many summers and the parents and cousins and the whole gang come out to soak up the sun and hit the shores to cool off. This is the good stuff.

When talking about their summer family session it was Tony that mentioned the cottage and the lake. It was a resounding yes from Steph and I! Let the kids run around (ok…their mama made darn sure they had the CUTEST suits and accessories…love you for that, Steph) and they played and laughed and I just ran after them and couldn’t stop smiling from the fun and busyness that is life with littles! It’s truly the BEST!
