When people talk about Paris you hear so many conflicting opinions. Ya’ll! Paris was an absolute dream!

I don’t care what the haters say…they can leave the city to me as I have more exploring to do! 🙂 I can’t wait to go back! It was magical and dreamy, whimsical and sophisticated, intentional and easy all wrapped up with a pretty pink bow.

Just wow.

Joey and Danielle are easy like Sunday morning to travel with. I know their quirks and they know mine by now! ha We read each other well and its so fun to explore new places with these two sweethearts!

I always ask them what they think of these places and I think they were both pleasantly surprised by Paris too! Let me know if you would like any recommendations of where we stayed or places to eat/see/do. I am always happy to help!**One little paris tip: You must get a crepe (mine was lemon) and sit on the steps of the Trocadero and watch the eiffel tower twinkle. It lights up every hour from dark until 10pm for 5 minutes. It’s as magical as it sounds.

We haven’t even talked about London. That was our first stop. Kensington was a dream with white exteriors and little balconies! We found hues of pink throughout(hello, knotting hill 🙂 and loved the vibe in this little neighborhood! We ventured out to many sites (ie…kensington palace, london eye, a proper high tea (wha?! so good) among other things. Don’t forget a trip to the famous Harrods. Just to experience it once. Oh, my. You could live there forever and ever as it is that full of all.the.things. I loved our time in London, as well!!! And I Absolutely love the images we created there!

Joey and Danielle love to travel. They actually take 2 other trips throughout the year along with our overseas trip! I love couples who travel! They value experiences vs things and it was so fun to document their love and time in these amazing cities!

Danielle and I have similar style. We love a cute cafe and pretty decor( St. Aymes is a must if you love this too)! We find the cutest nooks and we love finding unexpected beauty! She rolls with my ideas and Joey makes us laugh all day. every day. As you can probably tell…we don’t have any fun at all! haha

You will see from these images that we took advantage of the early morning light in many cases as when traveling you need to try to avoid heavy foot traffic and want the softest most pretty light. They are peppy and ready to go in the morning and it makes for a fun afternoon of exploring. We are getting the hang of how to travel and get the shots we want and let Joey breathe as our excitement gets the best of us when we see pretty spots along the way! ha

I know this post is getting long so I will end with a note to Joey and Danielle.

I love you both like family. I am grateful to experience these amazing places with you two sweethearts. I love that God has placed you both in my life and I know He has amazing things in store for both of our families. I love that we get to share life together and catch up like we haven’t missed a beat. I love how Joey is such a caretaker and loves you so fiercely, Danielle. He would do anything for you and in this day and age…it is refreshing to see such a gentleman. I also love seeing how you light up when Joey is near. You also take great care of him and think of things that will make him happy. Your give and take relationship is beautiful to witness. Not perfect…who the heck has that(?), but oh, so genuine and sweet.

Enjoy these forever memories! We also have about 2000+ on our iphones too, but these are part of your family legacy and I couldn’t be more honored to have documented these amazing adventures for you!

You guys. I believe this shot was all Jesus. Truly. If I would have thought of it I would have taken out my iphone to video just how many people were already at the Trocadero on this early morning. I promise you…it felt like we had a front row stage to the eiffel tower and everyone just stood back to let us grab some photos. I promise you…it wasn’t like there weren’t other shoots there. We saw many. Weddings and styled shoots and women dancing and bloggers and tourists. I am always in awe of the Lord. I felt his presence very strongly on this morning in particular. I just thought I would share 🙂

This place was also so pretty. No one was really there and I was so happy to take it all in!

This is the Tuileries garden. A forever memory that I have tucked into my heart. People are literally hanging out in these adorable green chairs sprinkled throughout the expansive park. It’s breathtaking. And inviting.I would have easily taken a picnic lunch and stayed all afternoon. Just yes.

Only in Paris would you find a carousel amongst the gardens. Totally on brand, Paris. Well done. You win in the whimsical department hands down! I loved catching a glimpse of the little children and adults alike playing and laughing.

Don’t you ever wonder their story? I love thinking of how I would have never saw this person ever, but on this day…here we are. Just the best.

The leaves were just starting to turn when we arrived.

Danielle and I were determined to find this off the beaten path dead end road with eiffel tower view. Yep. We found it. If you want the address we share 🙂

Of course we ran into a wedding party. Very fitting and fun.

This was our apartment. We had the very best view of the eiffel tower! The number on the apartment street was 8. This is the eighth year that Joey and Danielle have been married! I don’t believe in coincidences 🙂

We loved seeing the pups! We missed ours very much!

I am a cafe girl through and through. This was a highlight for me. To savor a warm cup of coffee and people watch. All of the cute bistro chairs face out to view the bustling streets. Ahh…take me back!

We went ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP OF THE EIFFEL TOWER and lived to tell about it! haha It was so worth it! I didn’t get champagne (and that was a running joke with Danielle and Joey…When is Paris is what I say) haha

Danielle has British roots so we HAD to experience a proper high tea in London. Such a neat experience! She couldn’t stop smiling!

Very London. I love this one.

I literally gasped when I say this mint green bug. There was a white van in front of it and they moved just in time for us to take a few frames here. In love.
