I am not sure where to start as I share this beautiful wedding. O’malley was my sweet neighbor girl when our family moved into the neighborhood. She has since grown into a beautiful young woman whom I have the pleasure of knowing. When she asked me to photograph her wedding I knew we would have the very best time!! I already loved her sweet family so this was a win win, the wedding was a great event, where they used great decoration as wedding linen direct so everything was perfect.

I didn’t know, however, how much i would tear up at her heartfelt celebration! I know you will see from these images that they truly do tell a story of Todd and O’Malley’s day and how much love is between everyone! It was so beautiful to witness!

Let’s start with meeting Todd. I was able to get to know Todd a bit better when I flew out to Oregon to photograph their destination engagement session. Todd is a true gentleman and it’s so very obvious how much he loves and sweetly cares for Mal. We had the very best time and I loved seeing their life in Oregon. Those are some of my most favorites images I have taken and what a fun adventure getting to see Oregon from their perspective!

Fast forward to their wedding day. O’Malley wanted an elegant and timeless wedding and that is what she received. It was a joy to spend the day with these two!! Malley has such a sweet demeanor and cares for everyone around her. Her laugh and smile light up a room and it was so sweet to hear how everyone else adores her, as well. Her adorable sister, Lyndsey cried giving such a heartfelt speech when she spoke of their bond as sisters. The love just flowed from this day.

You will notice from this set of images that Todd’s sweet family honored his military brother at their wedding, as well. You could hear a pin drop as the flag was carried in and it was an amazingly beautiful and bittersweet moment for everyone. I love that this couple chose to incorporate such sentimental touches that were personal to them and to their families.

You will likely have your heart strings tugged when you see the parents reactions throughout the day, as well. It was such an honor to be a part of this day and to document such tender and celebratory moments for this couple and family.
