Drew and Lindsey were married on a beautifully rainy day . Their wedding was much anticipated to say the least!  Lindsey and Drew had a 450+ guest list and still wanted to keep their whole wedding day intimate, sweet and simple.. The rain stopped right before everyone arrived at the chapel and it was perfect! So much love was felt that evening and it was a beautiful ceremony.

I spent the entire day with the couple. Lindsey is truly such a sweet soul. She has an infectious smile and incredilbe laugh.  She was surrounded by her closest friends and mama while getting ready. I loved what I captured of her!  Drew is the perfect compliment to Lindsey. He dotes on her and  is constantly being funny in hopes of catching Lindsey’s smile and laughter..it works every time:)  He was very much the gentleman while taking photos and while we waited for Lindsey to arrive at the 2nd location we had chosen for their first look  he chatted with me about the rain. He went on to say that he had proprosed in the rain and thought it was fitting that it was raining on their wedding day. He held the umbrella and helped Lindsey with her beautiful gown all day. It was sweet to be a witness to that.

With all of the unique elements to the day…Drew and Lindsey did not skip a beat. They allowed plenty of time for photography and  down town to freshen up and relax prior to the ceremony.  This made for a lovely day all around. I love it when my couples stay focused on each other despite what else might be going on around them.  We can’t control the weather and as you will see from their images…the rain did not stop us from experiencing an Amazing Day and Amazing Photographs 🙂

Drew and Lindsey…thank you for allowing me to document your love.  I enjoyed meeting all of your friends and family and I can.not.wait. for you to peek at your images!  They are stunning!
